Appeals

Every Violator that requests an appeal is given an appeal-Information card with instructions where to send evidence and/or explanation of complaint and/or issue. From there, an unbiased appeals committee reviews your appeal with a fair and balanced view.

Appeals Process

  • The appeals committee interviews the Employee(s)
  • They corroborate all documents, receipts, log sheets, recordings, and any witnesses (if two workers were present)
  • Examine all audio (always available) and video (sometimes available).
  • Analyze and corroborate the source and/or times of any relevant documents submitted as evidenceby the litigator.
  • If the findings of your appeal are determined to be in your favor then the litigator may receive a full refund, depending on the situation and/or circumstance.
  • If the evidence presented in your appeal project any uncertainty, the appeals committee may recommend a partial refund
  • Make an unbiased determination
  • The litigator will be informed of the decision via Email and/or by phone within 10 days of the receipt of your Email
  • You MUST upload a copy of the booting receipt, for referencing your appeal.  Appeals with no attachments will be rejected
