The proprietors of Innovative Parking Solutions arrived in Illinois around 1998 with already 10 years experience in the industry. IPS was graciously allotted the opportunity by Chicago to instinctively introduce this technique to the private sector of Chicago’s business owners so that we may also utilize the benefit that municipalities have commandeered over the years. This method of immobilization has demonstrated in every aspect of its objective to be a better, more sympathetic approach to parking enforcement, while also proving it to be a necessity to all business owners with parking lots.

IPS has aided establishments in regaining control of their private lots, being held hostage in a sense, from the many years of misuse. Due to its unique and innovative method, there was little left to doubt that this idea of immobilizing an offender’s vehicle, rather than tow, would be met with skepticism, just as any new method would undoubtedly face from its inception. However, we forged on ahead and disproved all skepticism. Not only did this service exceed in its expectations, but it revealed another aspect of security it inadvertently provided for the surrounding community, creating a safe haven for patrons. How? Throughout the past 22 years while fostering other names, the co-creators, before becoming -Innovative Parking Solutions LLC, have ventured with other entities to assure that the regulations of this private industry were successively crafted to protect the consumer as well as the private property owners.
