Innovative Parking Solutions, LLC will provide on-site surveillance, with our uniformed attendants equipped with:

1. Audio and video recorders, badges, ID’s, ballistic vests.
2. A Broom and dustpan to clean debris.
3. City of Chicago license, general liability insurance certificate.
4. Daily activity log sheets, depicting all events on the parking lot during daily operations regarding any unusual or irregular activity.
5. Certificate of training that each attendant undergoes for 10 days prior to being placed on any property.
6. Consumer Bill of Rights
7. Each of these attendants patrol private parking lots day and night if necessary, to deter illegally parked violators from parking on business owner’s private parking lots. When a violator is observed first hand exiting the property, without taking their vehicle with them, rather than tow them, a boot is placed on the wheel of the vehicle. Upon the violator returning to the property, all interaction is recorded while he/she is greeted professionally and given an explanation of the violation at hand. A fee is assessed and collected via Zelle, CashApp, ApplePay, Cash, & Credit /Debit Cards (VISA & MC ONLY)

Historical data is collected after 1-2 weeks of monitoring and enforcing in order to determine the days and hours attendant needs to be present on a regular basis. Attendants will ensure that your lot is safer and cleaner, where your customers will see and feel the difference. IPS’s uniformed attendants pose as liaisons to the many communities in which they serve, working with city officials, police, and the local Chambers of Commerce as well. Their presence alone serves as a deterrence to vandalism in the area. Having on-site surveillance leaves no questions of error. The vehicle remains on-site, subsequently, there are no damages, theft of personal items, or any additional expense to the violator to locate the vehicle. The immobilization( “booting” device) in addition to its already safe design utilizes a protective cover, further protecting the tire and its rim.
